Summary:

As the Biddable Media Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind driving performance through paid media channels. You’ll manage and optimize biddable media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other paid social channels. Your goal will be to create highly effective campaigns that not only meet but also exceed client expectations and drive measurable results.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure that every campaign is strategically sound and delivers optimal ROI. If you’re an analytical thinker with a passion for paid media, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    1. Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant PPC channels.
    2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and create effective bidding strategies.
    3. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization:
    1. Create compelling and relevant ad copy, ensuring alignment with targeted keywords and audience segments.
    2. Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
    3. Continuously test and refine ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management:
    1. Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
    2. Monitor daily and monthly budgets, adjusting bids and strategies as needed to meet performance goals.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    1. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
    2. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    3. Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, including campaign metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
  • Continuous Optimization:
    1. Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
    2. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    3. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Work closely with the content, creative, and development teams to ensure ad campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and website goals.
    2. Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results to clients (if applicable) and internal stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    1. Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations.
    2. Follow best practices for ad placements, targeting, and retargeting to ensure ethical and effective advertising.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
