Summary:

As a Media Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end campaign execution—from planning to delivery—across multiple media channels. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring campaign milestones are achieved and projects remain on track and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track the execution of media plans across digital, programmatic, and traditional channels.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables using tools like JIRA and Excel.
  • Coordinate across teams, including media planners, buyers, strategists, analytics, and creatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign progress, timelines, issues, and resolutions.
  • Liaise with media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on media execution and deliverables.
  • Provide consistent updates and status reports to leadership and key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet defined SLA benchmarks, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Anticipate project risks, proactively flag delays, and resolve roadblocks promptly.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning, media operations, or agency-side project management.
  • Deep understanding of digital media execution and workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, and media planning/reporting tools (e.g., Prisma, MediaOcean, Google Campaign Manager).
  • Ability to work independently and drive accountability within delivery teams.
  • Experience managing multi-channel media buys and operational planning.
  • Familiarity with campaign metrics and optimization approaches is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Pays close attention to detail and is highly organized
