Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Search, Social, SEO, and Marketing Automation (MA).
You will be the main point of alignment across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders — ensuring timelines are met, communication flows effectively, and KPIs are tracked consistently. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with experience leading digital projects in fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and track digital marketing projects from kickoff to final delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content, MA) to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) to organize tasks and timelines
- Lead regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Serves as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, budgets and report status updates regularly.
- Identify roadblocks early and work with teams to resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are executed in line with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing project management (preferably agency-side or with multi-channel campaigns)
- Deep understanding of digital channels: SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Marketing Automation
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong command of project management tools: JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
